What makes Summer Moon coffee unique?
Our beans are roasted in small batches over an open flame using Texas post oak. This authentic wood-fired process results in a smooth, balanced flavor profile that cannot be replicated by modern gas roasters.
How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our wood-fired coffee to international customers in the future.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Can I purchase Moon Milk online?
Our signature Moon Milk is a proprietary blend that requires refrigeration and is currently only available for purchase at our physical cafe locations.
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Yes! You can sign up for a recurring subscription and save 10% on every order. You can customize your frequency and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
